This is a early season horseback riding adventure in the Lamar River area of Yellowstone. It is still early summer; wildlife babies, and meadows full of wildflowers make for an unmatched Yellowstone Pack Trip. Also, opportunity for early season cutthroats will please the fly fisherman in your group.

If you want to see some spectacular Yellowstone wildlife and scenery, join us on this horse pack trip. Moose, bear, bighorn sheep, mountain goats and elk all inhabit this unique Northwest corner of Yellowstone Park. High mountain passes, (used by the Native Americans) treat you to unbelievable vistas of Yellowstone. Opportunities to fish wild cutthroat trout at Sportsman Lake, Fan Creek and the Gallatin River await the fly fishing adventurer.

Remote Yellowstone Horseback and Camping Expedition! August 13-21: "Thorofare/South Boundary"

The Thorofare Pack Trip travels into the most "remote" area in the lower 48 states. Trails traveled are much the same as those in "times gone by" when the mountain men and Native Americans traveled this area. This pack trip is for those who want a true "wilderness expedition". We will spend 9 days on the trail, camp at 5 unique campsites and travel over 85 miles of Yellowstone Park. Highlights include spectacular Yellowstone fly fishing, majestic views of the surrounding mountain ranges, and grand vistas from the Lake. Wolves, bears, elk and moose are waiting to be spotted. Join us for a true back country camping adventure.

Autumn Sights and Sounds in Yellowstone
Fall is our favorite time to be in Yellowstone’s back country. The summer crowds are gone, the trees have turned a brilliant gold; crisp, clear evenings are perfect for stargazing, and all around us are the sounds of bugling elk! The animals seem to know the park is less busy too. Come join us in September for a unique Yellowstone adventure!

There is only one "Mr. Bubbly"! Join us for a fun-filled horse camping trip as we enjoy the waterfalls of Cascade Corner. This southwest region of Yellowstone National Park is home to over half the waterfalls in Yellowstone. Spectacular scenery, short rides, and soaks in the hot water pools make this a "must do" for all Yellowstone adventurers. A very relaxing riding adventure!

“Riding the High Country”
September 17-22: Horseback Riding in “Pelican/Lamar”

Fall arrives in the Pelican and Lamar Valleys of Yellowstone. Buffalo, elk, bear and wolves roam the valleys as the summer crowds of people have left. Our favorite campsites and routes through the backcountry of Yellowstone, combine for a great pack trip.
Rate: $2,650.00/person and requires a 50% non refundable deposit to confirm the reservations.
September 27-30: Yellowstone "Wildlife Special" Horse Trip

Picture postcard Yellowstone scenery! Bugling elk, grizzly bears, wolves and buffalo, so much wildlife it is hard to imagine. This is a late fall hoseback riding and camping expedition into the Pelican Valley.
Rates: $1,850.00 per person
50% non refundable deposit is required to confirm the reservations.
Yellowstone Hosebacking Riding Pack trip locations are subject to change (if campsites cannot be reserved or Park Service closes the camp). In the event of a change, we will make every effort to plan a very similar pack trip.

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of deposit.
Please remember that deposits are nonrefundable, as we work on a very limited season.
Final payment for pack trips is due two weeks prior to trip.
